I am a Palestinian author, born in Kuwait in 1976 and has been residing in the State of Qatar since 1979. I received my BA in commercial studies majoring in banking and export in 1999 from Sudan University of Science and Technology. I have more than 20 years of experience in translation, writing and proofreading, communication and media.

I have been passionate about writing since childhood. My first book, "Something in My Heart", was a collection of twelve short stories published in 2009. 

My interest in children’s stories stemmed from my experience of motherhood, as I am a mother of four amazing children, Dana, Jumana, Yahia, and Jana. I write for children to inspire them and create a positive impact in their lives. 

My blog articles give us a creative outlet to share our thoughts, ideas and passions. Here we can toss in our ideas and discuss them freely. It is important for me as a writer to hear directly from you, so my books come out to our children with collective thoughts.
